1. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At MT Professional Skin & Body Care, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare and body treatments. Due to the nature of our services and products, the following policies apply:
Service Refund Policy
All services (including facials, body sculpting, massages, and skincare treatments) are non-refundable once rendered.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service time to avoid delays for other clients.
Full service fees still apply.

2. Product Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our skincare products.
Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if:
They are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Opened or used products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If a product causes an allergic reaction, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

3. Shipping Policy

For online purchases:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard shipping delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
